Peel Hunt is acting as Financial Adviser to Bridgepoint and Actium Bidco (UK) Limited (an indirect subsidiary of certain funds managed by Bridgepoint Advisers Limited) on its recommended Cash Offer (effected by means of a Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement) for Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc of 505 pence in cash for each Alpha Financial Consulting Markets plc share (valuing the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc at c.£626 m), as announced on 20th June, 2024.
