£60m Accelerated Book Build Placing – Rathbone Brothers

Peel Hunt acted as joint bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 2,400,000 new ordinary shares in Rathbone Brothers plc at a price of 2,500 pence per Placing Share raising gross proceeds of c.£60 million, as announced on 14th June, 2018.
