Peel Hunt acted as Joint Bookrunner on an upsized accelerated book build conditional placing of 206,466,501 new ordinary shares in Solgold plc at a price of 25.5 pence per Placing share (which together with shares allocated to a separate retail offer) raised gross proceeds of £52.6 million, as announced on 28th April, 2021.
