Peel Hunt acted as joint Corporate Broker and joint Bookrunner on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 2,840,910 ordinary shares in Rathbone Brothers Plc at a price of 1,760 p per share to raise gross proceeds of approximately £50 million (to part fund the £150 million acquisition of CastleCo Limited, the holding company of the Saunderson House Group.), as announced on 24th June, 2021.
