Peel Hunt acted as Joint Bookrunner on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 33,664,371 new ordinary shares in Anglo Pacific Group PLC at a price of 128 pence per Placing share (which together with shares allocated to a separate retail offer) raised gross proceeds of £47 million, as announced on 24th February, 2021.
