Peel Hunt is acting as sole R3 adviser, joint Financial Adviser and joint Corporate Broker to RDI REIT P.L.C. on its c. £467.9 million Recommended Cash Offer by SOF-12 Cambridge BidCo Limited (which is a newly formed company owned by Starwood Funds) to be effected by means of a Scheme of Arrangement under Part X of the Isle of Man Companies Act 2006, as announced 26th February, 2021.
