Peel Hunt acted as Joint Global Co-ordinator, Joint Bookrunner and joint Corporate Broker on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 58,393,989 new Ordinary shares in JD Sports Fashion plc at a price of 795 pence per Placing share raising gross proceeds of £464.2 million, as announced on 4th February, 2021.
