£43.2 m Accelerated Book Build Placing of Secondary Shares – Telecom Plus

Peel Hunt acted as joint Bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 3,200,000 existing ordinary shares in Telecom Plus PLC on behalf of Charles Wigoder (Executive Director) and Melvin Lawson (Non-Executive Director) at a price of 1,350 pence per share (representing c. 4.1% of the issued share capital of Telecom Plus PLC) as announced on 26th June, 2020.
