Peel Hunt acted as joint book runner on a placing of 2,500,000 existing Ordinary shares in Telecom Plus plc on behalf of Charles Wigoder and the Wigoder Family Foundation (representing 3.2 % of the issued share capital) at a price of 1,450 pence per Ordinary Share, as announced on 30th November, 2021.
