Peel Hunt acted as joint Bookrunner and joint Corporate Broker on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 121,359,680 new ordinary shares in SolGold plc at a price of 21.5 pence per Placing Share (which together with the proceeds of a separate Subscription for 162,790 new ordinary shares) raised gross proceeds of approximately £26.1 million, as announced on 5th June, 2020.
