Peel Hunt acted as joint Bookrunner on an accelerated book build conditional placing of (and separate subscription for) 113,333,334 New Ordinary Shares in Chariot Limited at an issue price of 18 pence per New Ordinary Share which raised gross proceeds of $25.5 million, as announced on 19th May, 2022.
