Peel Hunt acted as sole Bookrunner and Corporate Broker on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 10,031,040 new ordinary shares in Eurocell plc at a price of 175 pence per Placing Share raising gross proceeds of approximately £17.6 million, as announced on 1st April, 2020.
