£15.05m Accelerated Book Build Placing of Secondary Shares – Kin and Carta

Peel Hunt acted as joint bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 5,000,000 existing Ordinary shares in Kin and Carta plc (representing 2.9 % of the Company) on behalf of Marie James Capital LLC, at a price of 301 pence per Ordinary Share raising gross proceeds of £15.05 million, as announced on 24th November, 2021
