£146.6 m Placing – Sirius Real Estate

Peel Hunt acted as Joint Global Co-ordinator and Joint Bookrunner on a conditional placing of a total of 170,417,384 new Ordinary Shares in Sirius Real Estate Limited at an issue price of 86.0 pence per share which raised gross proceeds of c. £146.6 million, as announced on 20th November, 2023.
