£12.18 m Placing of Secondary Shares – Joules Group

Peel Hunt acted as sole Bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 5.25 million ordinary shares in Joules Group plc at a price of 232 pence per share (raising c. £12.18m) on behalf of Tom Joule and discretionary trusts controlled by Tom Joule, as announced on 20th April, 2021.
