Peel Hunt acted as joint Bookrunner on a placing of 12 million ordinary shares in Energean plc (representing 6.8 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital) at a price of 870 pence per share (raising c £104.4m) on behalf of Third Point Hellenic Recovery Fund L.P., as announced on 11th March 2021.
