Senior appointments spanning Advisory and Industrials

4 June 2026, London: UK investment bank Peel Hunt has expanded its Investment Banking division with two senior hires, reinforcing its capabilities across Advisory and Industrials sectors.
The bank welcomes Tom Yeadon as a Managing Director and Asha Chotai as a Director in its Investment Banking division.
Tom Yeadon brings 20 years of investment banking experience, with a specialism in real estate and UK investment trusts. He joins from Jefferies International, where he was a Managing Director in UK Investment Banking, advising listed company boards on M&A, IPOs and strategic transactions across the real estate, infrastructure and equity investment trust sectors. At Peel Hunt, Tom will join the firm’s Advisory & M&A offering, bringing with him deep market knowledge, strong stakeholder relationships and a consistent track record of origination and execution.
Asha Chotai joins with over a decade of corporate finance and corporate broking experience, having most recently served as a Director at Singer Capital Markets. She brings extensive experience across ECM, M&A and regulatory advisory, having worked with a broad range of listed companies throughout her career.
These appointments further build on Peel Hunt’s strategy to deepen its sector expertise and enhance its ability to originate and execute transactions across a wider range of industries.
