Peel Hunt launched its inaugural Investment Banking Graduate Programme in 2023, and the Programme continues to attract a select number of graduates into our Investment Banking department. A comprehensive training programme is provided over the course of 12 months to ensure the firm’s graduate intake is fully equipped to rapidly make a meaningful contribution to the firm’s Investment Banking operations. The Graduate Programme for 2024 will commence in September.
About the Investment Banking department
The Investment Banking department provides a full range of investment banking, services to mid-cap and growth companies, both listed and private. These include capital raising, IPOs, corporate broking, debt advisory and M&A. The firm has approximately 150 retained corporate clients, including over 10% of the FTSE 350, and undertakes many transactions every year across a broad range of sectors. This provides our Investment Banking analysts with high-quality work and learning opportunities.
The Investment Banking Department is sector focused, operating across eight sector verticals (Consumer, Healthcare, Real Estate, Industrials, FIG, Investment Funds, TMT and Natural Resources), aligning the Investment Banking department to leverage our Research team’s sector knowledge. Dedicated Equity Capital Markets/Syndicate, Debt Advisory, Private Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Sponsor coverage and Investor Relations teams work closely with the sector teams in supporting the firm’s clients.
