Peel Hunt Makes A Series Of Key Appointments
Peel Hunt, the independent full-service broking and advisory house with an exclusive focus on UK mid and small caps, today announced a number of key appointments across the business. The new hires add International Equities trading and macro-economic research capabilities, as well as enhancing the firm's oil and gas offering.
The International equities team from MF Global, comprising José Martinez, Mike Hall and Jaime Eddery recently joined Peel Hunt. This highly experienced team provides an overseas dealing service for Peel Hunt clients adding to Peel Hunt's existing execution services offering, which includes ETFs, corporate bonds and UK equities.
Peel Hunt has also added to its research offering with the appointment of Ian Williams as Economics and Strategy analyst. Ian has more than twenty years’ market experience and is the most highly regarded small and mid cap equity strategist in the UK.
The firm's oil & gas franchise (established in Q4 2011) continues to expand with the appointment of James Gardiner as equity research analyst. James joins from RBS Hoare Govett and will work with Werner Riding to expand Peel Hunt's coverage as the company grows its footprint in the sector.
